Notes:
All routes are paved to allow for bike marshals, strollers and wheelchairs.
The race route is shared with the public with course marshalls and barricades to ensure the safety of all users of the Thames Valley Parkway.
Course Marshals will be stationed along the routes to guide participants and ensure everyone stays on track. They will also alert the Course Director to any medical or safety concerns.
A dynamic warm-up by GoodLife Fitness will be led to help participants prepare for the race. This warm-up routine focuses on increasing mobility, flexibility, and blood flow, ensuring your body is ready for the physical activity ahead.
