OUR MISSION

Save lives by raising awareness and funding local research for earlier diagnosis and treatment of Ovarian Cancer.

The London Run for Ovarian Cancer (RFOC) symbolizes hope, strength, and community within our city. Initially conceived by Ann Crowley and a group of fitness friends and a discussion over coffee in September 2002. Ann Crowley was still reeling from her diagnosis of ovarian cancer when she became committed to raising awareness about this devastating disease. It has since evolved into a prominent event on London's fundraising calendar.

The first event in 2003 was far more than a resounding financial success. It was a personal triumph for Ann Crowley and the cancer survivors who raised over $85,000. With the annual participation of well over 500 individuals who unite through running, walking, or providing encouragement, the primary objective remains to raise awareness about ovarian cancer and generate funds for research in search of a cure.

The remarkable efforts of the RFOC organizers and participants ensure that Ann Crowley's legacy endures.

The annual run continues to inspire those impacted by ovarian cancer, serving as a beacon of hope for a future free from ovarian cancer.

Help continue Ann's legacy by joining us in beating last year's total of $175,000. We look forward to seeing you on May 12th, Mother's Day 2024!
