	Nutrition Healthy snacks to help fuel and provide sustenance during their long shifts.
	Recognition New scrub tops with a message of encouragement in recognition of their hard work and dedication during this crisis, along with a heart shaped window-cling that can be displayed at home or in the hospital.
	Mental Health Care Providing a 24/7 peer support phone line and virtual group support meetings for ICU staff to help them cope and stay resilient
	Safe Spaces Dedicated quiet rooms at each hospitals will be implemented for staff who they need a space where they can unwind while not putting their families or others at risk.
	Wellness ​Access to virtual fitness and wellness resources including exercise, stretching, breath work and mindfulness to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and boost the immune system.
