COVID-19 PROTOCOL
At New Canvas of Life, we are taking safety seriously. After careful consideration, we have implemented the following measures for the protection of all those in attendance:
Proof of Vaccination Requirement
We are committed to protecting the health and wellbeing of all in attendance, especially those who may be vulnerable and/or immunocompromised. As such, we are implementing a mandatory proof of vaccination requirement.
What does this mean?
Anyone attending New Canvas of Life will be required to be Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19 and will need to provide proof of vaccination along with a photo ID upon arrival. Those who do not meet this requirement can either show an official letter of exemption or will be asked not to attend.
Mask Usage
The use of masks is not mandatory; however, we encourage guests to assess their own risk level and consider wearing a mask in situations where physical distancing may not be possible. Masks will be available at registration for those who wish to use them.
If you are experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19 leading up to the event day, please stay home. LHSF will convert your ticket into a donation and issue you a tax receipt if you are unable to attend.
Physical Distancing
While physical distancing is not a requirement inside the venue, Public Health Ontario recommends practicing this safety measure. Therefore, the event will provide enough space that allows individuals who wish to physically distance themselves the opportunity to do so comfortably.
Cleaning and Sanitization
There will be increased cleaning measures taken including the sanitization of all high-touch areas. In addition, we are encouraging all guests to sanitize their hands as frequently as possible using the sanitizing stations located around the venue.
As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, so will our approach to this event. Therefore, we will follow all applicable public health guidelines at the time of the event. If, and when, changes occur, those who have purchased a ticket will be notified by email.
